Pass Plus - £170
Minimum 6 hrs
Open to newly qualified drivers who wish to extend their driving knowledge covering all weather driving, night driving, rural and urban driving, motorways and dual carriageways
Pass Plus cymru - £20
Minimum 9 hrs - 3 hrs theory
Open to newly qualified drivers under 25 and who were educated in Wales, theory tests are held a the fire station in small groups with no exam. Formal discussion on various topics from crash avoidance to drink and drug driving. After the theory you will be paired with someone from that session to do the 9 hr drive with.
Mature driver scheme
Tina Farrington Driving instructor is a member of the Mature Driver scheme, which is run by Powys County Council. Mature drivers still remain one of the most vulnerable driver group and still feature in a high number of fatal and serious crash situations.
