Hi! My name is John Blackwell and I deliver high quality driving lessons in and around the Derby area. As an ADI I have enjoyed teaching in a new, modern car to a high standard in a fun and organised manner for many years now and my pass rates certainly reflect it.
I teach from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. I will happily pick you up from home or work, or within a reasonable distance from home as long as plenty of notice given.
I now offer FREE 3 hours MOTORWAY tuition for new drivers under 25 whether you are or were my pupil, or not, through the Derbyshire Safer Roads Scheme called Learn Safe Drive Safe. Contact me to find out more.
I dont do shared lessons unless both students request it but I have some special discounts to help reduce the cost of your learning to drive. Test day price is only £50 as long as I collect and drop off within 30 minutes of the test centre.
I try to encourage fun into the learning stages and bring a new fresh approach to driving in order to not just pass the driving test, but also to teach safe driving to remain accident free for years to come and help build up that all important no claims discount!
I really enjoy helping people who have lost confidence in the roads, or just not driven for years, to get that all deserved freedom on the roads, and to enjoy the driving experience for what it should be.
